Do we need a photo of all of us together?
No. Each person and each pet is uploaded separately, even from a different day and place. We bring you all together in the portrait.
Can I see the result before I pay?
Yes. Previews of your first 3 styles are free, just with a watermark. You only pay for the portraits you actually want to keep.
How much does a portrait cost?
Your first full-resolution portrait is $19, and each one after that is $9. No subscription, no hidden fees.
What if it doesn’t quite look like us?
For every portrait you buy, you can have a new version made up to 2 times. And if it’s still not right, write to us and we’ll sort it out.
What photos work best?
Sharp photos from your phone’s gallery where the face, or your pet’s whole head, is clearly visible. Just one person or one pet per photo. We’ll tell you right after uploading whether the photo works.
What happens to the photos I upload?
They’re used only to create your portraits. We don’t share them with anyone, we don’t train models on them, and they’re deleted automatically after 30 days.
